Enrolling Your Child
To enrol your child here at Hannans Primary School you are required to complete an Application for Enrolment Form (this can be downloaded using the link below or collected in the school administration office). Once this information is received we can proceed with the enrolment.
The documents need for the application process:
- Application for enrolment form
- Proof of Address (eg. Utility Bill)
- Immunisation History Statement (Medicare)
- Birth Certificate
- Visa Grant/Passport/Citizenship papers (only applicable when both parents were not born in Australia, to prove permanent residency or citizenship)
The documents needed for the enrolment process (once the application has been received), are as follows:
- Enrolment Pack
- Student Health Summary
- Consent Form
2023 Kindergarten Applications:
If you have a child born between 01.07.17 and 30.06.18 they are eligible to attend Kindergarten in 2022. Please complete the application for enrolment and return to the school office. Applications were open last term. If you are looking to enrol your child after this date, please contact the school office.
